Terms
Sales terms & conditions
Last updated 2 September 2026.
These terms apply to all purchases made through the THINGOS website. For consumers, the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) apply in addition to these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under Norwegian law.
1. Seller
THINGOS is a brand operated by Augusto Creative Group, organization number 935 287 332, Norway. Contact email: post@resetgroup.no. Augusto Creative Group is the seller and your contract partner for every order.
2. Products
THINGOS sells numbered collectible artwork editions. Each release states the edition size and the edition number you receive. Digital editions include a high-resolution image file of the artwork for personal use, including use as wallpaper on your own devices. Where a physical item (printed card, print or framed print) is offered, this is stated on the product itself before purchase.
3. Prices
All prices are shown on the product before you order, in the currency stated (normally NOK), and include Norwegian VAT where applicable. The price shown at the time you place the order is the price that applies. Any shipping cost for physical items is shown before you confirm the order.
4. Order and order confirmation
When you place an order, the edition number is reserved for you for one hour so you can complete payment. You receive an order number and, once payment is registered, an order confirmation and receipt by email. The contract is binding when we have confirmed the order. If a reservation expires before payment, the edition is released again.
If an obvious pricing or availability error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is made using one of the methods offered at checkout: Vipps, Revolut. You pay the exact amount shown and use the order number as the payment reference. Payment is handled by the payment provider you choose; we do not store card details. Your edition is confirmed once we have verified the payment.
6. Delivery of digital products
Digital editions are delivered electronically, normally immediately after the payment is verified, through the order page and by email. Delivery does not depend on shipping, and there is no delivery cost. If you have not received access within two business days, contact post@resetgroup.no.
7. Delivery of physical products
Physical items are shipped to the address you provide, normally within 5–10 business days after payment is verified, unless a longer production time is stated on the product. Risk for the item passes to you when the item is delivered to you. If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you and you may hold back payment, demand delivery or cancel the purchase in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive a physical item, under the Right of Withdrawal Act. Notify us at post@resetgroup.no within the period; you may use the standard Norwegian withdrawal form. You cover the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.
For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has started, provided you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is then lost. You are asked to confirm this at checkout. If delivery has not started, you may withdraw and receive a full refund.
9. Returns and refunds
Returned physical items should be sent back without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us, in the same condition as received. Refunds are made to the same payment method or bank account, normally within 14 days of us receiving the return or the withdrawal notice.
10. Complaints
If the product has a defect, contact us within a reasonable time after you discovered it. Consumers may complain for up to two years, or five years for items intended to last considerably longer. Where the complaint is justified, you may claim repair, replacement, a price reduction, a refund or cancellation under the Consumer Purchase Act. Send complaints to post@resetgroup.no with your order number.
If we do not reach agreement, you may bring the case to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Complaints Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
11. Intellectual property and licence
All artwork, text and design on THINGOS is owned by Augusto Creative Group and is protected by copyright. Buying an edition does not transfer copyright.
With a digital edition you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the artwork and to use the image file privately, including as wallpaper on your own devices and as a personal print for your own home. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, use the artwork commercially, or use it to train machine-learning models, and you may not remove edition or authenticity markings.
12. Customer service and applicable law
Customer service: Augusto Creative Group, post@resetgroup.no. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
