THINGOS is operated by Augusto Creative Group, organization number 935 287 332, Norway. Augusto Creative Group is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: post@resetgroup.no.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, the artwork and edition you ordered, the payment method you selected, the order number, the amount and the time of the order. If you pay by Vipps MobilePay, Revolut or Wise, the payment itself is processed by that provider; we receive only the payment reference you give us and never your card details.

We also process limited technical data needed to operate and secure the website, such as server logs.

To fulfil your order and deliver the product (contract), to send you a receipt and order-related messages (contract), to keep accounting records as required by Norwegian law (legal obligation), and to prevent fraud and misuse (legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell data.

We use service providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider for receipts. Payment providers process payments as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. Accounting data may be shared with our accountant and with public authorities where required.

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required by Norwegian bookkeeping rules (currently five years after the end of the financial year). Other personal data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact post@resetgroup.no and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

We use only the storage strictly necessary to operate the website, such as remembering your current order in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. If analytics is added later, this policy will be updated first.
